The Dubai multi commodity center is a free zone, fastest growing and largest free economic zone in the UAE. A minimum of one director is required and the maximum and the minimum share capital is AED 50,000 per company with minimum value AED 1,000 for each share and the share capital should be deposited in the company bank account within 3 weeks from the issuing license date, and it can be withdrawn immediately thereafter.
